Years gone by
walking the road taken
we walked looking high
we were glad
speaking the unsaid
we sang the song of friendship
Little we knew that it will soon dip
The boat we sailed together sank deep
No sunshine here can ever peep
shadows of barriers grow bigger
cutting our flight making us meager
we held each others dream so broken
I kept my promise but you held them in open
